We are looking for a Marketing Campaigns & Funnels Lead to design, orchestrate, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns and long-term funnels. This role is the architect of the company’s integrated marketing engine. This role is responsible for bridging online and offline initiatives into scalable, automated, and high-converting funnels anchored in direct response marketing principles. By orchestrating multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns, engineered to prompt immediate action and clear tracking, the Senior Marketing Campaigns and funnels manager ensures that all marketing activities are transformed into measurable, ROI-driven growth assets.

What you'll do

  • Design, orchestrate, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns and multi-touch funnels that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across multiple channels.
  • Build scalable customer journeys and nurturing programs tailored to different audience segments and stages of the buyer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from first touch to conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to align messaging, campaign execution, lead management, performance measurement, and budget tracking.
  • Own and scale marketing automation initiatives through Salesforce, Pardot, Engagement Studio, and Marketing Cloud, creating repeatable processes that support global growth.
  • Drive continuous performance improvement through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, funnel analysis, and AI-powered experimentation to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and overall marketing impact.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team across marketing automation, digital marketing, and web experience functions, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Manage marketing automation and campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable business outcomes.

What they require

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, marketing automation, and funnel design within the technology, SaaS, or partner-driven environments.
  • Strong expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Pardot, Engagement Studio, and Marketing Cloud, with the ability to build and optimize complex customer journeys.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and aligning paid acquisition activities with lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
  • A data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), performance analysis, and marketing attribution.
  • Confidence in translating marketing performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting investments, and demonstrating measurable business impact through ROI and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and a passion for leveraging technology to improve efficiency, creativity, and campaign performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams while remaining hands-on when needed to drive execution and results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and experience working in international, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience in SaaS, scale-up, or high-growth technology environments, with familiarity with ARR, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions, particularly EMEA and North America.
  • Experience building omnichannel customer journeys across digital and offline channels.
  • Familiarity with ABM and intent platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, or similar tools.
  • Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance marketing performance.

  • Compensation – The total compensation for this role is between €45K and €50K gross per year plus a variable commissions scheme, which will be discussed during the interview process. The final offer will fall within this range, and reflects the candidate’s skills, experience, and work location.
