What you'll do

  • Build, launch, and optimize automated marketing workflows
  • Create lead nurture campaigns
  • Create drip sequences
  • Create trigger-based automations
  • Create lifecycle workflows

  • Develop and maintain lead scoring models
  • Troubleshoot workflow logic, triggers, and automation errors
  • Continuously improve automation performance and reliability
  • Build and execute campaigns using HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot (Account Engagement), ActiveCampaign, and Klaviyo
  • Create and optimize email sequences for different audiences and lifecycle stages
  • Conduct A/B tests across subject lines, email copy, calls-to-action (CTAs), and send strategies
  • Ensure emails are mobile-responsive, brand-consistent, and conversion-focused
  • Monitor email deliverability and engagement performance
  • Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRMs including Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, and Zoho CRM
  • Build and maintain accurate lead routing and handoff workflows
  • Ensure qualified leads reach sales teams quickly and correctly
  • Improve marketing-to-sales alignment across the funnel
  • Track campaign influence from initial engagement through opportunity and conversion
  • Build and optimize lead scoring based on engagement, behavior, demographics, lifecycle stage, and buying intent
  • Create targeted audience segments based on industry, persona, behavior, engagement, and lifecycle stage
  • Maintain clean and organized marketing databases
  • Remove duplicate, inactive, and outdated records
  • Track key marketing metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
  • Build dashboards and reports using HubSpot, Marketo, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Analyze campaign and workflow performance
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on performance data
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing processes
  • Test new workflows, messaging, and audience strategies
  • Improve campaign efficiency and scalability
  • Support attribution and revenue reporting
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA
  • Stay current with marketing automation trends and platform updates
  • Review active campaigns, workflow performance, lead routing, and email engagement metrics
  • Build or optimize nurture sequences
  • Troubleshoot automation issues
  • Update audience segments
  • Review lead scoring
  • Ensure qualified leads are routed correctly to sales
  • Analyze campaign performance
  • Clean CRM data
  • Run A/B tests
  • Update reporting dashboards
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes

What they require

  • 2+ years of marketing automation or marketing operations experience
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major marketing automation platform: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot (Account Engagement), or ActiveCampaign
  • Experience building automated workflows, lead nurture campaigns, email campaigns, lead scoring models, and audience segments
  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead management workflows
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, marketing operations, CRM workflows, email deliverability, and data management
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • High attention to detail and strong execution skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours
  • Preferred: HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot certifications
  • Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or growth marketing
  • Preferred: Familiarity with multi-touch attribution, Revenue Operations (RevOps), marketing analytics, and funnel optimization
  • You think in systems, workflows, and automation

  • You understand how marketing automation impacts pipeline and revenue
  • You’re comfortable working across marketing and sales teams
