📋 Responsibilities include:
- Produce daily market analysis for public posting across channels
- Deliver clear, engaging trader education via webinars, sessions, and content
- Coach and level up funded traders
- Share trade ideas, breakdowns, and market insight (educational, not advice)
- Build the firm's reputation for making traders better
- Collaborate with the content team to grow reach and engagement
🔑 Requirements:
- Strong, proven knowledge of financial markets (forex, indices, commodities, or crypto)
- Real trading experience and solid grasp of technical & fundamental analysis
- Natural teacher who makes complex things simple
- Confident on camera and in writing; comfortable posting publicly
- Consistent, disciplined, and reliable with daily output
- Fluent English (Swahili a plus)
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field or equivalent real trading track record
- 2+ years trading and/or market-analysis experience
- Certifications (CMT, CFA, or similar) are a strong plus
