Needs a Bachelor's degree, 3+ yrs medical device experience, plus 3 yrs in cardiac electrophysiology (3D mapping, intracardiac ultrasound) or 3 yrs in learning & development. Builds training curriculum for sales and clinical teams.

What you'll do

  • Partner with GSM product leads and commercial business leaders to translate marketing strategy to global education experiences in support of NPI and New Employee Training
  • Collaborate with Global Strategic Marketing and regional Commercial Marketing teams to build and deliver launch training strategies and curriculum
  • Partner with EdTech functional leads and commercial business leaders to facilitate best practice sharing
  • Leverage EdTech and Electrophysiology curriculum design protocols to maintain consistency of education experience globally
  • Partner with regional education teams to catalog needs and best practices
  • Collaborate with regional LMS administration on content mapping and content management
  • Ensure global compliance to the global learning digital strategy, communication strategy and digital asset library
  • Apply educationally sound design techniques to create effective education experiences aligned with EdTech Content Standards
  • Facilitate initial product training and Train the Trainer (TTT) activities
  • Follow relevant copy review processes and coordinate expirations status to keep content current
  • Create performance indicators to measure effectiveness of training content/experience
  • Adhere to project level budget

What they require

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of Medical Device or related field experience
  • 3 years in cardiac electrophysiology, 3D mapping skills and/or intracardiac ultrasound
  • 3 years in learning and development in lieu of electrophysiology experience
  • Proven ability to understand business strategy and translate into education solutions
  • Proven leadership ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a team of professionals
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a broad list of assets across multiple functions
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate strategy and standards across multiple recipients
  • Experience within regional Commercial Education focused on deployment of training (preferred)
  • Experience working in OUS marketplace or with OUS teams (preferred)
  • Experience collaborating with medical technology sales or marketing (preferred)
  • Proven track record to handle vendor resources (preferred)
  • Formal training and certification in Instructional Design or portfolio of curriculum design (preferred)
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of Learning Management systems management, strategic planning, needs assessment, adult learning and cost/benefit analysis (preferred)
