What you'll do

  • Leads a global team of technical consultants responsible for delivering complex integration, interoperability, and technology solutions.
  • Provides strategic and operational leadership for enterprise integration architecture and data exchange solutions.
  • Accountable for operational health and performance of the team, including resource planning, utilization, forecasting, backlog management, delivery quality and financial performance.
  • Develops and executes strategies in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and other functions to support organizational objectives.
  • Define client needs and develop plans and proposals for project solution delivery.
  • Oversee identification/development of technology solutions for clients using company products and/or outsourced/proprietary tools.
  • Manage coordination of activities with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical issues and resolve within procedures and policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Best Practices and refine business processes.
  • Participate and contribute to departmental strategy and business plans.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree or any combination of education and experience providing the required qualifications.
  • 6+ year of experience in technical consulting or customer service.
  • Practical knowledge in leading and managing processes, projects and tactics within a discipline and familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures in implementation of technical systems, software, or solutions.
  • Management and decision making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer/client focus, problem-solving, analytical, technical, detail oriented, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and build collaborative relationships.
