Role Summary The SAP SuccessFactors Platform Manager owns the delivery, operation, governance, and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors platform. SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential. The role partners closely with HR, IT, Finance, and external partners to deliver stable, secure, scalable HR technology. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of 4-6 individual contributors across Manila and the UK. We need someone who can build trust with HR, challenge existing processes and assumptions, and shape solutions, not simply implement requested changes.
What you'll do
- Own the delivery, operation, governance and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
- Partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, and external partners to deliver stable, secure, scalable HR technology.
- Manage a hands-on team of 4–6 individual contributors across Manila and the UK.
- Build trust with HR stakeholders, challenge existing processes and assumptions, and shape solutions rather than just implement requested changes.
