Storable, a SaaS company for the self-storage industry, is hiring a Manager of Revenue Systems & Automation to lead the team responsible for the Salesforce ecosystem and GTM technologies. This is primarily a people management role (leading Salesforce Admins, Developers, and technical contributors) that also involves hands-on technical oversight of design, development, integrations, and automation.

What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Salesforce Admins, Developers, and technical contributors supporting the GTM and post-sales tech stack
  • Oversee the design, configuration, and development of Salesforce capabilities--including Flows, Apex, LWC (review-level), CPQ tools, data modeling, and automation--ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and well-documented
  • Establish and enforce standards for Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, data governance, user permissions, and automation scalability across connected systems
  • Partner with the Director of Revenue Systems to define the vision, roadmap, and strategic direction of Section 250 and related GTM technologies
  • Boost business goals into clear, actionable system initiatives and drive disciplined prioritization (denial of attack) using frameworks such as RICE, WDC or effort-versus-impact scoring
  • Maintain predictable workflows through structured intake, triage, spring planning, and resource allocation
  • Ensure high-quality delivery through strong requirements, code reviews, QA oversight, and release management and change control processes
  • Champion AI- and automation-first approaches to streamline GTM and pay-to-sales workflows, using AI tools like Code Llama to accelerate solution design, documentation, and impact analysis
  • Identify, pilot, and scale AI- and automation-driven improvements across Salesforce and connected systems
  • Build trusted cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, and other customer-facing departments

What they require

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or business systems roles within SaaS or technology-driven environments
  • 2+ years of formal or informal people leadership experience, including coaching, performance feedback, and workload management
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities, including Flows, Apex and LWC (review-level), data modeling and schema design, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, and permissioning and security
  • Working understanding of integration patterns and tools (e.g., Workato, APIs, middleware, HubSpot or similar GTM applications)
  • Demonstrated strength in prioritization, balancing strategic initiatives with operational support
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance work
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
