What you'll do

  • Develop and manage reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs that measure marketing effectiveness and revenue contribution.
  • Analyze campaign performance across digital and traditional marketing channels, identifying opportunities to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on marketing funnel performance, customer acquisition costs, lead quality, and revenue attribution.
  • Build and maintain executive-level reporting to communicate marketing impact on business outcomes.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze customer behavior, engagement patterns, and purchasing trends to uncover actionable insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify customer segments and opportunities for personalization and targeting.
  • Evaluate customer journeys and conversion paths to improve customer experience and revenue generation.
  • Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue planning initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead measurement and analysis of A/B tests, personalization initiatives, and digital optimization programs.
  • Collaborate with Digital and Product teams to evaluate website performance and customer engagement strategies.
  • Establish testing methodologies and measurement standards to ensure reliable results.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, eCommerce, and Finance teams to align analytics efforts with business goals.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing and revenue reporting.
  • Partner with data and technology teams to improve data accessibility, reporting capabilities, and measurement processes.
  • Maintain documentation of key metrics, reporting methodologies, and business definitions.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, revenue operations, or related analytical roles.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL or similar data-querying tools.
  • Knowledge of marketing performance metrics, attribution models, and customer journey analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
