What you'll do

  • Define and drive the AI enablement roadmap for the proposals organization, identifying where generative AI, automation, and workflow tooling can accelerate and improve proposal operations.
  • Design, pilot, and scale AI-powered workflows across vetting, content development, and proposal production.
  • Lead the Vetting Supervisors to qualify inbound opportunities and drive timely, defensible go/no-go decisions with AI-enabled decision support.
  • Oversee the proposal Content team and Content Supervisor, setting strategy for reusable, high-quality content and AI-assisted content generation.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team; manage capacity, workload balancing, recruitment, onboarding and succession planning.

What they require

  • Proven experience in proposal management, proposal operations, or a closely related discipline (public-sector / government proposal experience strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience applying AI — generative AI, automation, or AI-enabled tooling — to real business workflows.
  • Experience leading teams and/or supervisors with a track record of developing people and leading through change.
  • Strong ability to map, streamline, and standardize complex, cross-functional workflows (process design).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Pay range: $96,000 - $158,800 depending on experience and skill set
  • Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
