What you'll do

  • Enable Revenue Culture Across the Organization: Champion a culture of revenue optimization and performance excellence leveraging technology throughout the organization.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation in revenue management practices and systems usage.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for collaboration with revenue operation hubs, ensuring alignment with revenue management standards and processes.
  • Standardization & Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining processes, eliminating redundancies, and spearheading change initiatives to enhance automation and scalability in revenue management operations and RM systems usage.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in revenue management operations & RM systems processes.
  • Drive Revenue Process Discipline: Ensure the consistent application of standards and best practices in the revenue management processes and systems usage across the entire group, with particular focus on PME.
  • Identify gaps and implement corrective actions in collaboration with hubs, and the Revenue Success and Onboarding teams.
  • Enable Strategic Initiatives: Act on new opportunities identified through project execution and coordination of key strategic initiatives to support revenue and profit growth, working closely with the RMS product team.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including other commercial teams, finance, digital, and tech) to seamlessly integrate revenue systems and strategies into broader business initiatives.
  • Act as a revenue management subject matter expert and support the adoption framework of revenue management systems and processes.

What they require

  • 5+ years of hospitality revenue management experience.
  • Technology savvy with a good understanding of Revenue Management Systems and other revenue tools (BI, Rate Shopper, Upselling, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of PMS (property management systems), CRS (central reservation systems), Channel Management, and other hotel systems and onward distribution.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • A second language is a plus (French, German, Spanish, etc.).
  • Project management, and analytical skills required.
  • Self-motivated; works well independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong communication skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and management skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Passionate about helping leading hotels capitalize on revenue management opportunities.
