What you'll do

  • Lead an EMEA-based team of Implementation Specialists aligned to Dedicated customer segments (Strategic and High Touch).
  • Oversee the delivery of segment-aligned implementation experiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support scoping and planning for prospective customers.
  • Manage and execute implementation and onboarding projects, including defining work, aligning stakeholders, communicating plans, and delivering results.
  • Keep the team on track to ensure milestones are met.
  • Build and scale high-performing teams, empowering them to achieve outcomes.
  • Tailor implementations to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Build strong customer relationships through engagement and communication.
  • Act as the customer's proactive guide and advocate throughout the implementation period.
  • Translate ambiguity into clear paths and drive toward outcomes.
  • Define and evolve how implementations are delivered in the EMEA market, optimizing for regional considerations and scale.
  • Navigate complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving requirements.
  • Manage change management processes at scale and help customers adapt to new systems.
  • Proactively address thematic customer opportunities and improve processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align and define progress.

  • Extensive experience managing and executing implementation and onboarding projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting, with the ability to travel <10% as needed for strategic customer engagements.
  • Ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
  • Adept at understanding customer needs and tailoring implementations.
  • Comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving requirements.
  • Experienced in navigating change management processes at scale.
  • Solid understanding of a complex product (ideally Ashby) and its technical intricacies.
  • Technically curious and creative.
  • Proactively address thematic customer opportunities and improve our processes accordingly.
  • Think critically to solve problems.
  • Effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align and define progress.
