Manager of Analytics

Prominence Advisors is actively seeking a Manager of Analytics to join their team. Your Role

As a Manager of Analytics, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of reporting projects for different healthcare organizations. Your responsibilities will include gathering reporting requirements, designing and developing reports, conducting testing and validation, and providing post-implementation support. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the reporting projects.

Requirements

For this role you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Certifications

Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), or similar professional certification preferred

Experience

5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data product management, including experience leading analytics initiatives or teams 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within analytics, business intelligence, or data products Demonstrated experience partnering with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions Experience defining and delivering analytics products based on customer problems, use cases, desired outcomes, adoption, and organizational value Experience prioritizing analytics initiatives and competing stakeholder demands based on business impact and strategic value Strong experience translating between technical analytics teams and nontechnical business and healthcare stakeholders Demonstrated focus on adoption, usability, and measurable value of analytics products, beyond the delivery of dashboards and reports Healthcare analytics experience strongly preferred, with an understanding of how clinical, operational, financial, and executive audiences use data to support decision-making
