What you'll do

  • Support the acceleration of Pomelo’s health plan partnership pipeline through rigorous research, operational excellence, and deal support.
  • Source and track health plan opportunities, maintaining data hygiene in our CRM to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Own preparation for customer meetings: research stakeholder context, adapt pitch decks to highlight focus areas, and create briefing materials for leadership.
  • Synthesize key takeaways from partner meetings and own internal and external follow-up actions to keep deals moving forward.
  • Leverage existing data and resources to research prospective partners and health plan priorities and provide actionable intelligence.
  • Work closely with Partnerships and Marketing teams to develop pitches, conference materials, and case studies that showcase Pomelo’s value to payers.

What they require

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a client-facing or analytical role.
  • 2+ years of healthcare experience or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on complex domains (e.g., payer dynamics, value-based care).
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving aptitude; able to structure ambiguity into clear next steps.
  • Action-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to produce high-quality slides and written synthesis for internal and external audiences.
  • Must be located in the continental US.
  • Preferred: management consulting background.
