What you'll do

  • Win over 21+ consumers to bring BeatBox to life in your market
  • Build local network and translate national programs into local activations via sampling, event partnerships, and on-premise activation
  • Hire, train, and staff a field marketing team of brand reps
  • Align with Sales/Trade Marketing to support activations, merchandising, and sales blitzes
  • Activate national events with other FMSs/Brand Reps in regional territories
  • Develop relationships with on-premise and off-premise managers and wholesale sales/marketing
  • Ride-alongs with distributors for sales support
  • Maintain storage facility, inventory, swag, and marketing materials
  • Identify local event opportunities requiring sampling activations
  • Identify BeatBox influencers and partnership opportunities
  • Develop social media content for local campaigns
  • Co-manage and manage national/regional festivals from planning to on-site execution (travel)
  • Setup weekly check-ins 8-10 weeks out from festivals and complete festival recaps
  • Manage Brand Engagement Activation Team in home markets

What they require

  • Requirement to maintain a state sampling license to legally handle and pour alcohol at events
  • Deep understanding of the beverage industry
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Proficiency in planning and executing events and promotions
  • Ability to connect with consumers and build relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation skills for small and large groups
  • Knowledge of sales processes and ability to collaborate with sales teams
  • Creativity in marketing ideas and campaigns
  • Skill in managing marketing budgets efficiently
  • Problem solving and adaptability to changing market conditions
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with distributors, retailers, and stakeholders
  • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and events
  • Awareness of and compliance with industry regulations for alcoholic beverages
  • Experience and skill in conducting product sampling events
  • 2 years of field marketing experience in beverage, CPG, clothing, lifestyle, or health and beauty
  • 1 year experience in a leadership/management role in a brand sampling environment
  • Success in building collaborative projects from idea to execution
  • Marketing communication experience with emphasis on building strategic partnerships
