What you'll do

  • Lead and coordinate the execution of the firm’s highest-priority strategic pursuits, ensuring timely, high-quality, and differentiated deliverables (e.g., proposals, RFPs, pitch materials)
  • Partner with Market Leadership, Growth, and BD Operations teams to evolve operating models and support processes that enable speed, consistency, and scalability across the enterprise
  • Identify and advance opportunities to embed AI-driven capabilities into pursuit processes, including proposal development, account research, systems hygiene, and cataloging for later use
  • Act as a liaison between the BD Ops and firmwide technology and product initiatives, shaping system requirements and supporting adoption (e.g., CRM enhancements, systems integration, automation tools, reporting infrastructure)
  • Support onboarding and development of new BD Ops team members promoting best practices in BD processes, pursuit management, AI enabled tools

What they require

  • 5+ years of experience in a professional services or consulting environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong project management experience; comfortable managing and prioritizing under tight timelines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and tailored messages
  • Preferred: Healthcare focus or background
