Partnerships/channel manager with 6+ years in consulting, partnerships, channel operations, or professional services. Must have direct experience scaling partner delivery or channel programs, especially with System Integrators and advisory firms. US-based remote role tied to New York HQ.

What you'll do

  • Acquire new System Integrators, advisory firms, and boutique consulting shops as partners to grow partner referrals bringing new customers to Ramp
  • Define how implementation work gets routed to System Integrator partners, including qualification criteria and intake logic
  • Develop campaigns, co-branded playbooks, and collateral to drive go-to-market with partners
  • Translate program learnings into playbooks, contracts, tooling, and quality assurance infrastructure to scale the partner network
  • Develop strategy to acquire partners, grow the partner referral pipeline, and automate processes for a scalable program

What they require

  • 6+ years in consulting, partnerships, channel operations, or professional services with a track record of building, not just managing
  • Direct experience scaling a partner delivery or channel program across commercial, operational, and technical sides
  • Comfortable designing a process from scratch and pressure-testing existing processes
  • Ability to accelerate partner referral pipeline, especially with middle-market and lower-market System Integrators
  • Analytical ability to build forecasts from imperfect data, pressure-test assumptions, and turn models into decisions
  • Cross-functional communicator able to align Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and external partners
  • High agency and bias toward structure in ambiguous situations
