About the Role

We're hiring a Logistics & Operations Assistant to support a growing company in the commercial services industry. This is a 100% remote, full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can independently manage administrative and operational tasks across departments, including Operations, Billing, and Customer Communication, with strong attention to detail.

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor administrative tasks across departments, ensuring all requests are handled within established timelines
• Maintain accurate data entry and update records in CRM and internal systems
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation to keep operations running smoothly
• Ensure customer files, notes, and records remain organized and accessible at all times
• Prepare clear, error-free customer-facing documentation and reports
• Identify potential issues or delays and escalate them to the appropriate coordinator
• Other related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or customer-facing roles
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Ability to make sound decisions and adapt to evolving or partially documented workflows
• Experience with Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar project management tools is a plus
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload) and backup connection
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred

• Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696 – $1,044/month (experience-based).
