We are seeking a high-impact Logistics Manager to own our end-to-end supply chain and freight operations. This isn't just a standard management role; you will lay the foundation of our global logistics framework while simultaneously rolling up your sleeves to ensure daily execution.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate shipments of finished goods, sub-assemblies, and parts domestically and internationally, working closely with Quartermaster's Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
  • Architect the company's long-term logistics strategy while remaining open to rolling up your sleeves to create shipping documents and shipping labels as operational volume demands.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the Trade Compliance Manager to ensure accurate HTS, ECCN, and other classifications are applied and adhere to import and export regulations.
  • Manage relationships with logistics integrators, including customs traders, freight forwarders, express carrier operators, and trucking companies.
  • Keep track of shipment schedules, proactively inform stakeholders of delays, and maintain comprehensive logistics expense reports and transit times reports.

What they require

  • 8+ years as a seasoned logistics person, with specific experience working in a customs broker agency or freight forwarder agency with high exposure to international shipments.
