In this role, you will play a key part in supporting transportation operations by building and progressing truckload shipments, managing pickup and delivery appointments, coordinating with internal teams and customers, and ensuring shipments move efficiently from start to finish. Responsibilities Build 40–50 truckload (TL) shipments per day by accurately entering shipment information into Echo's transportation management systems. Build loads according to account-specific SOPs. Schedule, reschedule, and manage pickup and delivery appointments. Support transportation operations through appointment management, transportation scheduling, load progression, issue resolution, and day-to-day operational coordination. Follow account-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all shipments meet customer and operational requirements. Review shipment information for accuracy, including locations, appointment dates, references, commodities, and special instructions before releasing loads. Document shipment updates, notes, and scheduling history to maintain complete operational visibility. Communicate with shippers, receivers, carriers, customers, and internal operational teams to confirm or resolve appointment and shipment-related issues. Respond to operational emails promptly and professionally while ensuring timely resolution. Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to remove scheduling and load-building responsibilities from their daily workflow. Escalate operational blockers, exceptions, recurring issues, or customer concerns to the appropriate managers when necessary. Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate repetitive processes, and increase operational efficiency while maintaining high accuracy. Meet individual and team productivity and quality KPIs in a metrics-driven environment. We're looking for someone who is: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experienced in transportation, logistics, scheduling, dispatch, customer service, operations, or related administrative roles on the US market . Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Able to multitask and manage several priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision. Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented. A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally. Strong in time management and problem-solving. Comfortable learning new systems and technologies. Technical Requirements: Working knowledge of Optimizer and Accelerator for load building is preferred. Experience scheduling appointments through BiggerPicture and building loads through Vooma is considered an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Sheets . Strong computer literacy with excellent internet navigation skills. Comfortable working with transportation management systems (TMS). Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute . What you'll do

- Follow the account-specific SOPs provided for each assigned account, ensuring loads are built and scheduled to customer requirements.
- Progressively identify and pursue automation opportunities within the SOPs to increase production and reduce manual effort.
- Validate shipment details (locations, dates, references, commodity, and special instructions) before releasing loads.
- Add notes and documentation to the relevant systems to provide full visibility of the load’s build and scheduling history.
- Communicate with shippers, receivers, and internal teams to confirm or correct appointment details when required.
- Answer and action emails related to building and scheduling in a timely manner.
- Partner with sales pods and operations to remove building and scheduling tasks from their workflows entirely.
- Escalate exceptions, blockers, and recurring issues to the appropriate Echo managers and team leads.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Proactive and diligent practice of on-time tracking and tracing for all shipments in transit
- Provide relevant and accurate tracking updates to internal team members
- Continuous maintenance of internal and external platforms with updated shipment details as required
- Communicate with drivers and carriers load requirements and details to ensure a flawless shipment lifecycle from dispatching to delivery
- Field any and all inquiries from customers and/or carriers regarding the status of a specific shipment
- Escalate notification of any issues involving the shipment to the appropriate internal contacts
- Focus on providing best-in-class service to the customers of Fox Logistics through dedicated execution of your tasks
- Accountability of operational duties in support of internal sales team members to contribute to the continued growth of the business
