We’re looking for a Localisation Specialist to join our Localisation team and provide a great experience for fans and venues, regardless of where they are in the world.

What you'll do

  • Set up translation projects, provide detailed briefs and assign tasks to the freelance translation team.
  • Handle query management, troubleshooting, feedback discussions, and initiation of quality improvement tasks.
  • Prioritise tasks, demonstrate ownership of work, and adapt to the workload with flexibility and reprioritisation.
  • Support the management of freelancer workload and resource planning.
  • Manage and deliver translation requests from initiation to completion, adhering to glossaries, brand and style guidelines, and prioritising impactful localisation areas.

What they require

  • Native level proficiency in both English and at least one additional language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a localisation project management role, with bonus points if it is product localisation focused.
  • Attention to detail, research skills, problem-solving skills, data literacy, and numerical proficiency.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and Google applications (Drive, Sheets, etc).
