The company is expanding its Japanese division in the binary options niche and is looking for a Local Affiliate Manager based in Japan. The role involves working with Japanese partners and traffic sources from within the market, leveraging knowledge of local culture, language, and audience.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Source and attract Japanese affiliates, webmasters, and traffic sources in the binary options and fintech niche
- Manage and develop the partner base — build trusted, long-term relationships with local partners
- Negotiate with partners in Japanese — agree on terms, offers, and payouts
- Analyze traffic quality and track key metrics (CR, CPL, CPA, ROI)
- Find and test new traffic channels specific to the Japanese market
- Monitor the local market — competitors, trends, and new opportunities
- Collaborate with the internal team and report on direction performance
- Scale successful partner setups
🔑 Requirements:
- Japanese language — native or native-level (mandatory)
- Based in Japan — mandatory
- Experience in affiliate marketing, fintech, crypto, binary options, or related niches
- Understanding of the Japanese digital market and local audience specifics
- English for internal team communication
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and results-oriented
