What you'll do

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, managing user enrollment rules, automating notifications, and configuring system settings.
  • Serve as first-line technical support for LMS users, resolving routine access and navigation issues and escalating complex technical problems to a senior team member.
  • Run and distribute standard system usage, compliance, and completion reports using existing dashboard templates.
  • Edit raw video assets, recording sessions, and live webinars into polished educational products within learning modules.
  • Take long-form video training, such as presentations, lectures, or system walkthroughs, and repurpose them into bite-sized, short-form videos.
  • Execute video accessibility workflows, including generating and sync-matching closed-captioning files.
  • Organize and maintain a centralized media library in a cloud-based environment, such as Google Drive, to maintain version control over raw footage, graphical components, brand assets, and templates.
  • Complete QA testing checklists on newly built learning modules under the guidance of a senior team member, flagging tracking, assessment, or navigation issues for review.
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team and Subject Matter Experts to update and maintain existing rapid-authoring e-learning modules using established templates, focusing on content clarity, flow, and graphic layout.
  • Draft first-pass course summaries and knowledge-check questions for review and approval by a senior team member.
  • Track timelines and asset checklists for assigned video production and LMS projects, flagging risks to delivery milestones for the team lead.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional/Educational Technology, Information Systems, Digital Media/Communications, or a related technical discipline—or equivalent practical and technical field experience.
  • 0–1 years of hands-on experience with corporate or institutional LMS platforms; internship, coursework, or project-based exposure accepted.
  • Preferred: Healthcare or clinical training environment experience.
  • Preferred: Experience with Absorb LMS.
  • Proficiency with basic video editing, such as TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or equivalent software.
  • Exposure to rapid e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise, with an understanding of basic adult learning concepts.
  • A strong grasp of visual design basics, including spacing, hierarchy, and formatting, paired with accessibility principles, including ADA compliance and closed captioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within and across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to be flexible and work well both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team in a fast-paced, mission driven environment.
  • Preferred: Interest and/or background in behavioral health.
