What you'll actually do
- Find the right people on LinkedIn using research tools built for this.
- Send connection requests and messages that sound like you, not a script.
- Keep conversations warm, answer early questions, and hand off ready leads to our Sales team.
- Track your own outreach so you (and we) can see what's working.
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year in lead generation, cold outreach, appointment setting, or sales.
- Comfortable and confident messaging people on LinkedIn — you know the difference between "outreach" and "spam."
- Strong written English — this is a writing-heavy role.
- Self-driven. We trust you to keep your own pipeline moving.
Contractor Classification: Full-time Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Philippine Time)
