What you'll do

  • Manage and execute OHS solutions across multiple jurisdictions
  • Serve as internal point of contact for routine and non-routine OHS questions
  • Manage relationship and deliverables of OHS vendors, training partners, and health centers
  • Monitor vendor performance through assessments and feedback
  • Lead engagement with employees for health assessments and safety training
  • Coordinate and execute country Occupational Health and Safety internal audits
  • Identify, develop and recommend improvements to OHS procedures and launch new processes
  • Partner with People and Legal teams to draft and develop Health and Safety policies
  • Safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information

What they require

  • Occupational Health and Safety certification/degree
  • Experience covering multiple countries across Europe
  • Experience scouting, onboarding and/or managing vendors and partners
  • Ability to quickly engage and support external employees and vendors across multiple countries
  • Good analytical and project management skills
  • Effective independent worker and team player with proactive communication
  • Growth and problem-solving mindset
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Preferred: additional language proficiency
