What you'll do

  • Manage and execute OHS solutions across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Serve as internal point of contact for routine and non-routine OHS questions and guide junior team members.
  • Manage relationship and deliverables of OHS vendors, training partners, and health centers.
  • Monitor vendor performance through assessments and feedback.
  • Lead engagement with employees for health assessments and safety training needs.
  • Coordinate and execute country OHS internal audits to support compliance with local regulations.
  • Identify, develop, and recommend improvements to OHS procedures and launch new processes.
  • Partner with People and Legal teams to draft and develop new Health and Safety policies.
  • Safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information.

What they require

  • Occupational Health and Safety certification/degree and experience covering multiple countries across Europe.
  • Experience scouting, onboarding, and/or managing vendors and partners.
  • Ability to quickly engage and support external employees and vendors across multiple countries.
  • Good analytical and project management skills, with ability to map and implement new processes.
  • Team player who works independently and communicates proactively and positively.
  • Growth and problem-solving mindset; ability to shift tasks and priorities quickly.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
