What you'll do

  • Own the overall solution architecture vision for large-scale, multi-workstream Salesforce Life Sciences programs, ensuring coherence across functional design, technical implementation, data strategy, and integration.
  • Serve as the senior liaison between business leadership and technical delivery teams — translating strategic intent into architecture direction and, where needed, stepping into a functional or technical lead capacity to break through design impasses, resolve ambiguity, or accelerate alignment across the program.
  • Participate and lead requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, requirements, and key performance indicators.
  • Prepare functional solution documentation to include business requirements, functional specifications and technical designs that communicate architectural components, associated logic, triggers, data flows and user interfaces.
  • Partner with Salesforce product teams, and third-party vendors to shape the solution approach and leverage the latest platform capabilities.

What they require

  • Minimum of 10 years of Salesforce experience, with demonstrated tenure in Sr. BSA and CRM solution architecture
  • Experience architecting and delivering multiple large-scale, complex Salesforce programs in Life Sciences or an adjacent regulated industry
  • Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC), Health Cloud, or equivalent pharma/biotech CRM platforms and expertise in how these clouds are applied across commercial, medical, and patient-facing use cases
  • Experience leading delivery using Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile frameworks at program scale (e.g., SAFe, multi-team Scrum) and shaping methodology decisions for the engagement
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, generative AI tools) within Life Sciences commercial solutions, including ability to advise clients on AI strategy and adoption
  • Experience operating as a functional and technical hybrid — with enough depth on both sides to design end-to-end solutions
  • Deep integration architecture experience including Boomi or Workato, event-driven architectures, or enterprise API strategy in complex Life Sciences environments
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into well architected solutions, drive scalable solutions which can easily expand globally, and propose best alternatives to meet business needs.
  • Deep, proven understanding of global data residency, data sovereignty, and privacy laws within healthcare domain
