Location: Oregon Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking an Oregon-licensed LPC to provide professional counseling services through telehealth. This position involves direct clinical care for clients presenting with a range of mental health, behavioral, and life-related concerns.
The successful candidate will manage an assigned caseload, exercise independent clinical judgment, and maintain the documentation and follow-up required for ongoing treatment. The role offers a consistent weekday schedule within a fully remote care model.
Core Responsibilities
Conduct individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform Complete client intakes and clinical assessments Establish treatment goals and appropriate care plans Apply evidence-informed counseling interventions within the scope of licensure Evaluate client response to treatment and modify interventions when clinically appropriate Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Coordinate referrals or additional services when indicated Protect client confidentiality and comply with Oregon licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements
Requirements
Must hold an active Oregon license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Experience in therapy, counseling, psychology, or clinical social work Comfortable providing services in a telehealth / remote environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage clinical responsibilities independently
