Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Alaska Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary: As a Licensed Professional Counselor in this remote role, you will provide therapy services to clients seeking support for mental health, emotional wellness, and life challenges. Your day-to-day work will include meeting with clients virtually, helping them set realistic goals, providing evidence-informed interventions, and keeping clear records of care. This is a strong fit for an LPC who wants predictable weekday hours and a professional remote environment. Responsibilities: Deliver virtual counseling services to clients located in Alaska Evaluate client concerns and recommend appropriate care goals Provide therapy for anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, stress, and related concerns Track client progress and update treatment plans as needed Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Requirements Active Alaska LPC license in good standing Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical field Experience providing counseling in a clinical or telehealth setting Strong ability to build rapport through virtual sessions Organized approach to scheduling, notes, and follow-through Knowledge of professional counseling standards Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Step into a remote LPC position where your clinical skills can support clients across Alaska while keeping your workweek clear and consistent.
