Location: Pennsylvania Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to deliver therapy services in a fully remote setting. The day-to-day work includes meeting with clients virtually, evaluating mental health needs, setting treatment goals, documenting sessions, and supporting long-term progress. This is a practical clinical role for someone who wants to focus on counseling, client outcomes, and consistent care delivery in a telehealth environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual therapy sessions for clients with a range of mental health concerns Perform intake assessments and establish clinical goals Create individualized treatment strategies and revise them as needed Keep clear, organized, and compliant progress notes Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavior change Recognize crisis situations and respond according to protocol Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical and legal standards
Requirements
Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field Experience providing therapy to adults, teens, or diverse client populations Strong clinical assessment and case documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records
