We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to join a telehealth mental health practice serving clients throughout South Dakota. This position is focused on providing dependable access to professional mental health care for people who may be dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life changes, or other emotional challenges.

What you'll do

  • Conduct scheduled individual counseling sessions through telehealth
  • Complete initial evaluations and identify areas requiring clinical attention
  • Set treatment goals based on client needs and presenting concerns
  • Select and apply appropriate therapeutic interventions
  • Review progress and modify the course of treatment when clinically necessary
  • Maintain timely session notes and required clinical records
  • Coordinate referrals or additional services when a client requires further support

What they require

  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
  • Active LPC license in South Dakota
  • Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or telehealth setting
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
