Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide virtual counseling services to individuals who need consistent, high-quality mental health support. In this role, you will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, provide therapy through telehealth, maintain accurate documentation, and help clients work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.
Duties:
Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform Complete client assessments and gather relevant psychosocial history Develop, implement, and update treatment plans based on clinical needs Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as appropriate Respond to client concerns with sound clinical judgment and professionalism Coordinate care with other providers when needed
Requirements
Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arkansas Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations Strong written documentation and communication skills Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
