This is a client-facing telehealth role designed for a counselor who can work independently while staying organized and responsive. Location: Connecticut Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Meet with clients virtually for scheduled counseling sessions Provide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and adjustment challenges Gather clinical history and complete new client evaluations Develop treatment goals that reflect each client’s needs and progress Update records, notes, and treatment plans within required timelines Maintain a professional and confidential online therapy environment Use clinical judgment when assessing safety, risk, or need for additional support Requirements Current Connecticut LPC license in good standing Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related behavioral health field Previous clinical experience in counseling, telehealth, private practice, community mental health, or outpatient care Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong understanding of HIPAA, ethics, and professional counseling standards Ability to work independently in a remote setting Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing a steady caseload Benefits Annual salary of $115,000–$120,000 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Remote work setup Monday–Friday schedule Bring your counseling skills to a telehealth role where your work is focused, organized, and valued.
