Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Louisiana Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Summary This Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) role focuses on delivering structured teletherapy to adults and/or families throughout Louisiana. You’ll support clients through clinical sessions, track outcomes against treatment goals, and connect people to higher levels of care when needed all from a remote setting. Responsibilities Conduct telehealth therapy sessions and ongoing clinical check-ins Evaluate client needs, establish treatment goals, and monitor progress over time Document sessions, treatment plans, and updates in the EHR Coordinate referrals and community resources when clinically appropriate Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and compliance standards Communicate clearly with internal teams as needed for continuity of care Requirements Active LPC license in Louisiana (in good standing) Master’s degree in Counseling 1+ year of post-licensure clinical experience (preferred) Solid understanding of evidence-based therapy methods and documentation standards Ability to maintain a reliable, private remote workspace Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Interested in a role that keeps your days structured and your work fully remote?
