Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) | Full-Time Position: Full-Time Location: Colorado Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide high-quality telehealth counseling services to clients across Colorado. This role involves conducting clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic support to help clients manage mental health concerns and improve daily functioning. Responsibilities Provide individual counseling through secure telehealth sessions Conduct clinical assessments and establish treatment goals Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Support clients managing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care plans accordingly Requirements Active Colorado LPC license Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field Prior experience in a clinical or counseling setting Strong documentation and communication skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Step into a role where your clinical expertise directly supports meaningful outcomes for clients each day.
