Licensed professional counselor (LPC) providing virtual outpatient therapy to adults in Virginia. Must hold an active Virginia LPC license and a master's degree in counseling with prior clinical experience. Full-time remote role, $115k–120k.
What you'll do
- Conduct individual therapy sessions by secure video
- Help clients identify goals and work through emotional or behavioral concerns
- Use appropriate counseling approaches based on each client's needs
- Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical records
- Recognize safety concerns and make referrals when additional care is needed
- Coordinate with other providers when appropriate
What they require
- Active Virginia LPC license
- Master's degree in counseling or a related qualifying field
- Previous clinical counseling experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable providing care in a remote setting
