Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: New Jersey Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide telehealth counseling for clients across New Jersey. In this position, your work will center on helping clients process challenges, improve daily functioning, and follow a clear path toward their treatment goals. You will manage a regular client caseload, provide virtual sessions, and keep clinical records organized and up to date. Responsibilities: Deliver individual counseling sessions through telehealth Assess mental health concerns and recommend appropriate care plans Create and maintain client treatment plans Provide support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and adjustment issues Keep complete and accurate clinical documentation Review progress with clients and update goals as needed Requirements Valid Licensed Professional Counselor license in New Jersey Master’s degree in Counseling or related behavioral health field Clinical experience in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, or similar settings Strong ability to build trust and communicate clearly with clients Comfortable managing a full-time remote caseload Familiarity with electronic records and virtual session platforms Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Step into a full-time remote LPC role where your training, experience, and steady guidance are valued.
