The Role
We’re seeking an experienced LPCC to join our New Mexico telehealth team. This is a full-time clinical position focused on direct counseling work with clients. You’ll manage scheduled appointments, lead therapy sessions, and determine the appropriate direction of care based on each client’s circumstances.
Administrative support is available for day-to-day needs, allowing you to spend more of your working hours focused on counseling and client care.
Your Day-to-Day
Conduct scheduled counseling appointments with clients online Discuss presenting concerns and determine the focus of treatment Help clients work through emotional, behavioral, relationship, and life-related challenges Use counseling techniques that are appropriate to your clinical training and the client’s needs Review treatment goals and make changes when necessary Complete required clinical notes and records following each appointment Participate in case consultation or team discussions when appropriate Maintain confidentiality and practice within New Mexico licensing requirements
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling (LPCC). Active LPCC license in New Mexico. At least two years of experience in this field. Effective communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
