Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LISW-CP) Location: South Carolina, Remote Role Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $115,000-$120,000 per year, plus full benefits Regular Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking an independently licensed therapist to help South Carolina clients address mental health concerns within the context of their relationships, families, and daily environments. This is a practical, client-facing position. You will conduct telehealth appointments, determine appropriate treatment priorities, help clients develop useful strategies, and document their progress. You will also recognize when clients need a higher level of care or support from another provider and coordinate those next steps. Responsibilities Complete initial interviews, psychosocial assessments, and clinical screenings Provide remote therapy for individuals, couples, and family systems Work with clients experiencing conflict, separation, parenting stress, anxiety, depression, or major transitions Develop treatment plans based on assessment findings and client priorities Apply appropriate therapeutic techniques during scheduled video sessions Review progress and update goals throughout the course of care Conduct risk assessments and follow clinical safety procedures Prepare complete and accurate clinical notes within required timeframes Requirements Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related clinical field Active and unrestricted South Carolina LMFT, LPC, or LISW-CP license LICSW candidates must be eligible for South Carolina licensure or approved telehealth practice Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and risk evaluation Ability to maintain clear and accurate electronic health records Reliable internet connection and a private setting for virtual sessions Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health insurance 401(k) with a 3% employer match Choose a position where structured hours and meaningful clinical work can exist together. What you'll do
