Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) Location: Oregon Work Setting: Remote/Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking an Oregon-licensed LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services through a secure telehealth platform. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide ongoing therapy, and evaluate client progress. This role requires strong clinical judgment, timely documentation, and the ability to manage a consistent caseload in a remote setting. The position is appropriate for an experienced clinician who is comfortable providing independent virtual care while maintaining professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical and psychosocial assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals Provide evidence-based psychotherapy through secure video appointments Diagnose mental health conditions within the clinician’s scope of practice Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as necessary Complete progress notes and other clinical documentation within required timeframes Assess risk and follow appropriate crisis-intervention and safety procedures Maintain client confidentiality and comply with telehealth requirements Requirements Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related clinical field Active and unrestricted Oregon license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW Previous experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral health services Experience with clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Knowledge of professional ethics, confidentiality, and mandated reporting requirements Strong written, verbal, and clinical documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms Benefits 2 weeks of paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with a 3% company match Full-time remote work arrangement Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Submit your resume to be considered for this full-time telehealth opportunity in Oregon.
