Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC)
Location: Rhode Island (Remote/Telehealth) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities
Provide telehealth therapy sessions using a secure virtual platform Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment planning for assigned clients Document progress notes and clinical updates according to required timelines Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards Use evidence-informed interventions aligned with client needs Conduct risk screenings and follow safety procedures when required
Requirements
Active Rhode Island independent license ( LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC ) in good standing Master’s degree in an aligned behavioral health field Experience providing outpatient therapy services Proficiency with EMR documentation and professional communication Ability to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
