Location: Marriott-Slaterville, UT Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Utah to join a structured telehealth practice serving clients throughout the state. This full-time opportunity is suited for a clinician who values a consistent weekday schedule, professional autonomy, and a collaborative care environment. The role focuses on delivering reliable, client-centered behavioral health support through secure virtual services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments and determine appropriate treatment needs Provide ongoing individual therapy to an assigned caseload Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans Monitor clinical progress and adjust interventions as appropriate Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Participate in clinical consultation, team meetings, and training Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards
Requirements
Active Utah license as LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy Solid understanding of outpatient treatment standards Comfortable providing services entirely via telehealth
