We’re hiring a Washington-licensed LMHC to provide individual counseling through telehealth. You’ll have a set weekday schedule and an ongoing client caseload, with most of your time spent in scheduled sessions. Between appointments, you’ll handle clinical notes, review cases, and prepare for upcoming sessions.

What you'll do

  • Hold scheduled counseling sessions by secure video
  • Complete new-client intakes and clinical assessments
  • Determine treatment priorities and appropriate counseling methods
  • Review cases and make adjustments as needed
  • Maintain required clinical records and session notes
  • Coordinate with other providers when additional care is indicated
  • Follow Washington licensing and confidentiality requirements

What they require

  • Must hold an active Washington license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Experience in counseling, therapy, psychology, or clinical social work
  • Comfortable working in a telehealth / remote environment
  • Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a virtual caseload with professionalism
