Location: Washington Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

You Will Be Responsible For
Conducting scheduled individual counseling sessions Completing intake assessments and required evaluations Reviewing referrals and determining appropriate clinical needs Establishing treatment goals and updating them as circumstances change Maintaining complete and timely clinical records Coordinating referrals and outside services when appropriate Participating in case consultation or team communication when needed Responding appropriately to clinical or safety concerns Maintaining professional boundaries and client confidentiality
Requirements
Active Washington LMHC license Master’s degree in Counseling or related field Experience providing outpatient therapy services Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
