Location: Indiana Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an Indiana-licensed LMHC to provide outpatient counseling services through telehealth. The role involves direct client care, clinical assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluation of client needs.

The position is suited to a clinician who is comfortable managing an independent caseload and providing consistent care in a virtual setting. Clients may present with concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical information Establish treatment goals and appropriate care plans Apply evidence-based counseling approaches within the scope of licensure Evaluate client response to treatment and modify interventions when clinically indicated Maintain accurate progress notes, treatment records, and other required documentation Assess and respond to safety concerns in accordance with established procedures

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active Indiana LMHC license in good standing Previous experience providing counseling or psychotherapy services Comfortable delivering therapy in a remote setting Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Familiarity with electronic health records preferred Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and sound judgment
