Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) needed for full-time remote telehealth. Requires Master's degree, active LMHC license, and at least 1 year of post-licensure experience. Must be comfortable with remote care and have a reliable internet connection.

What you'll do

  • Provide virtual mental health counseling sessions to individuals through a telehealth platform
  • Complete psychosocial assessments and establish appropriate treatment goals
  • Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation for each client encounter
  • Support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions
  • Apply evidence-based counseling methods based on client needs
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriate

What they require

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
  • Active LMHC license
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure counseling experience preferred
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable providing care in a remote or telehealth setting
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a professional home office environment
