Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: California Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Role Summary As a Telehealth LMFT, you will support individuals and families by providing evidence-based therapy through a virtual care model. This role allows you to focus on meaningful client work while operating within a well-organized clinical framework. Key Responsibilities Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals and families Assess relational and behavioral health concerns Create treatment plans aligned with client goals Track progress and adjust interventions as needed Complete clinical notes in accordance with state regulations Participate in case reviews and team consultations Requirements Active California LMFT license Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure Comfort working independently in a remote environment Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems Benefits 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match If you are ready to bring your clinical expertise into a flexible virtual setting, we would like to hear from you.
