Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: California | Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time | Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
The Role
We’re seeking a California-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll manage scheduled client sessions and work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life changes.
What You’ll Do
Conduct therapy sessions through telehealth Assess client concerns and establish treatment goals Use appropriate therapeutic approaches Maintain accurate clinical notes and records Review treatment progress and make adjustments when needed Participate in clinical meetings and training
Requirements
Active California LMFT license. Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. Minimum 2 years of clinical therapy experience. Comfortable with digital tools and telehealth platforms.
