What you'll do

  • Provide telehealth therapy sessions to individuals and/or couples/families based on caseload need
  • Complete intakes, clinical assessments, and ongoing documentation in the EMR
  • Develop treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes
  • Maintain session notes and treatment updates within required timeframes
  • Support clients with structured interventions and goal tracking
  • Conduct risk assessments and follow crisis procedures as required
  • Maintain compliance with Rhode Island telehealth regulations and privacy standards

What they require

  • Active Rhode Island LMFT license in good standing
  • Master’s degree aligned with marriage and family therapy licensure
  • Experience in outpatient therapy (relationship-focused work preferred)
  • Strong time management and documentation accuracy
  • Professional communication and telehealth readiness
