Responsibilities
Provide telehealth therapy sessions to individuals and/or couples/families based on caseload need Complete intakes, clinical assessments, and ongoing documentation in the EMR Develop treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes Maintain session notes and treatment updates within required timeframes Support clients with structured interventions and goal tracking Conduct risk assessments and follow crisis procedures as required Maintain compliance with Rhode Island telehealth regulations and privacy standards
Requirements
Active Rhode Island LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree aligned with marriage and family therapy licensure Experience in outpatient therapy (relationship-focused work preferred) Strong time management and documentation accuracy Professional communication and telehealth readiness
