What you'll do
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through secure telehealth sessions
- Complete clinical assessments and identify appropriate treatment needs
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client's goals
- Evaluate client progress and make treatment adjustments when needed
- Complete clinical notes and required documentation accurately and on time
- Assess risk and respond appropriately to safety or crisis concerns
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards during virtual care
What they require
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Mississippi
- Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program meeting Mississippi licensing requirements
- Clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Knowledge of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Ability to provide professional care through a telehealth platform
- Comfortable using electronic health records and virtual communication systems
