Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) | Remote Telehealth Role Location: Kentucky Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We’re looking for a Kentucky-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll support clients working through relationship difficulties, family stress, communication concerns, emotional challenges, and major life transitions. The role allows you to focus on direct clinical care while maintaining a steady weekday schedule. You’ll guide treatment, help clients develop healthier patterns, and provide consistent support through secure telehealth sessions. Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families Assess relationship patterns, family dynamics, and presenting concerns Establish treatment goals based on each client’s needs and circumstances Help clients improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen coping skills Use appropriate marriage and family therapy techniques throughout treatment Review progress and make clinical adjustments when needed Complete session notes and required documentation accurately and on time Respond appropriately to safety concerns and follow established clinical procedures Maintain confidentiality and professional standards throughout virtual care Requirements Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field Active Kentucky LMFT license Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Strong clinical assessment and relationship-building skills Ability to manage treatment planning and documentation independently Comfortable providing care through telehealth Knowledge of ethical, privacy, and professional practice standards Benefits $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time remote position 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Monday–Friday schedule Apply today!
